We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Restaurant General Manager to join our team.
The Restaurant Manager, will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while providing exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will have experience leading a team, possess excellent communication skills, and have a thorough understanding of hospitality operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Manage and train staff, ensuring they are providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure that all operational standards, policies, and procedures are being met
- Collaborate with the ownership to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with health regulations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and industry best practices
