Busy Mediterranean kitchen looking for an experienced & fast paced baker assistant. We make a large selection of homemade cookies, breads, pastries etc. We use a lot of Fillo Dough & Puff Pastry, so experience in handling those doughs is a big plus but not required. The schedule is full-time, 7am-3pm, 5 days a week. Days off are Tuesday(or)Wednesday & Saturday. More hours available for the right candidate. We are a bilingual Spanish/English speaking kitchen. The job is on the books, so proper documentation is necessary.
