We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team at Grotta di Fuoco.
FOH:
Hostess/Host
Full or Part time available. $20 per hour. Shifts start at 4pm and end between 9-11 pm deepening on the night working.
Servers
At least 1 year experience and 21+ years old required to serve. 3:30-Closing, multiple shifts available.
Bussers
full or part time, shift pay plus tips
LINE COOK and WOOD FIRED PIZZA MAKER:
Full time, 5 days per week. Immediate start. Dinner served only, no lunch. 2pm-Closing shift. Must be able to read kitchen tickets and work with the team to serve guests accordingly. $18-24 per capability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knife skills and general knowledge of cooking techniques
-Ability to work cleanly
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take direction and execute
- Must be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift, including station breakdown
- Keeping equipment clean and in excellent working condition
- Maintaining a positive work environment
