W Services Group, a leading North American Facilities Management Organization is seeking candidates for various positions in Construction Services to join its growing team. A positive attitude and outgoing personality are required. Must be able to work in a faced-paced, team oriented environment and handle multiple projects at the same time. A self-starter with initiative. The right applicant will be someone who is comfortable speaking and communicating with many different types of individuals all across the country.
Salary commensurate with experience
Construction Services Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate service schedules.
· Review, prepare, and submit proposals.
· Quality control calls to client locations
· Recruit & onboard additional contractors as needed.
· Provide timely responses to client inquiries regarding assigned services.
· Update Client contacts/systems.
· Ensure completed services are updated and closed out for billing department.
· Accept additional responsibilities or projects as needed.
Construction Services Qualifications:
4 year college degree preferred but not required
Must have familiarity with the janitorial facilities and construction industry.
Organizational and follow up skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Office Skills required (word & excel)
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
