Triple H Insulation is looking for a motivated and well spoken individual to join our team. The appointment center representative will be responsible for setting appointments from the leads we provide by communicating with customers to understand their needs. There is no cold calling, all leads are prospects seeking our services. What You Would Do:

Be a reliable, mature, well spoken, responsible, enthusiastic individual.

Reaching out to incoming prospects using the phone, text and email. Text and email through our Speed-to-Lead system.

Making 80-100 inbound/outbound calls per day to our leads with the goal of setting appointments. Respond to inbound leads, and set the appointments to maintain a full schedule for our sales team. We pay an hourly rate plus an incentive for every appointment set.

Maintain our database with current and potential customers.

Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work

Provide customers with a remarkable experience

What We Need for this Role:

5 years previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.

Proficiency in computer programs and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent phone skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.

Ability to achieve goals.

Training provided.

Work Schedule- In Person

Monday - Friday full time

$21.00 per hour, based on experience. Plus incentives

Hours per week: 40

Typical start time: 8:30 AM

Typical end time: 5:00 PM
