Contracting Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager.
This position requires construction sight (job site) supervision, over see daily operations, ensuring all work is according to plan, ensuring quality and safety, daily job site record keeping for all activities including sub contractors, employees, deliveries, etc. Report to senior Project Manager daily. Will train.
Newly growing construction company looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with good communication.
Preferred some College back round and or certification for Project Management (hi end residential construction), with little experience in the field and is willing to learn with on the job training and grow with company.
Must have drivers license, a dependable vehicle and willing to travel.
Pay rate is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour to start.
Will reimburse for gas expenses.
