We are a small CPA firm based in New York, specializing in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks-related services. We pride ourselves on doing all the work in-house, with no outsourcing.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a remote position; however, for business needs such as occasional in-person meetings, we are seeking candidates based in New York State.
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 (Initial salary with a performance review after 3 months to consider an increase)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QuickBooks Online Expertise (Absolute Must) – Prior experience with QuickBooks Online is a MUST. Please do not apply if you lack experience (candidates will be tested on QBO skills).
1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoroughness.
Resourcefulness – the ability to independently research solutions while knowing when to ask for help.
A growth mindset – eagerness to learn new skills and grow with the company.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Reconciling bank, credit card, loan, and liability accounts.
Managing accounts payable (entering bills, processing bill payments).
Handling accounts receivable (invoicing, receiving payments).
Responding to client requests and generating various reports.
Gathering, organizing, and maintaining statements and documents.
