Position Summary (Remote):
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper. This individual will help manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial record-keeping, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting the financial operations of the business, and preparing financial statements and reports. This is a Remote position.
Responsibilities Include:
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for financial data entry and reporting
Accounts Payable
Post vendor bills
Process payroll
Maintain and update inventory records
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and reconciliation
Issue payments and handle credit card reconciliation for Ecommerce purchases
Assist in other general accounting functions as needed
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Previous bookkeeping experience
Accounting/Finance education
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Highly disciplined to work remotely and effectively
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
