Leads the designs, development, and implementation processes, tools, and systems to support and improve the efficiency of the technical support function, including workflow, incident management, problem management, change management. Leads root cause analysis on complex issues including the identification and implementation of solutions.Job Responsibility
Leads a Software Development, Engineering and Services group by communication with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area.
Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
Drives continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process, and support tool development.
Collaborates with the appropriate teams to manage application transitions when there is an upgrade, new release, or user interface change, etc. Oversees configuration activities; leads system implementations, upgrades, testing, and training.
Conducts business analysis and gathers requirements for requested configuration tasks and projects.
Participates in testing activities, evaluation, and validation of vendor software upgrades, bug fixes, and services.
Manages the life cycle of problem identification through root cause analysis, to the completion of the associated remediation activities in production.
Provides training and orientation to new staff and development of staff on current and upgraded systems.
Provides business requirements and objectives towards determining the optimal configuration.
Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports; oversees the selection, development, management, and evaluation of indirect reports.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
