Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical and plumbing systems.
Fabricate and install components as needed to support facility operations.
Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and clients.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules.
Skills
Experience with facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
Strong knowledge of carpentry and drywall repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
