The Department of Health selected Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) to be the statewide fiscal intermediary for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). You must contact PPL to enroll.
By March 28, 2025, all CDPAP consumers and personal assistants will need to move to PPL to continue with CDPAP services. Please read on for important information and next steps.
You and your consumer can get started by calling PPL at 1-833-247-5346 or using our PPL@Home online system. I am an experienced personal assistant looking for a client who needs services. I just worked for 2 clients since 2022. Sadly, One passed away in 2023 and the other last month. I love my clients and I am a great worker who gets along very well with others. I enjoy this work greatly. I was working for Horizon Homecare and in April all Personal Assistants switched to this new program which works with many companies and accepts several different insurance including Medicaid/Medicare.
