Seeking home health aid/personal assistant to work with elderly woman in her home.
Patient is cognitively intact but has some relatively mild mobility limitations.
Assistant will help with ADLs including cooking and cleaning and going for daily walks with patient.
Must be physically fit, have own car and be able to take patient shopping and to social obligations and medical visits.
Candidate will have to register with the NY State CDPAP/ PPL system for payment. Up to 40 hours/week available.
