A lively and intelligent 29 year old woman who walks with a walker and uses a wheelchair as needed is looking for a personal care assistant/community habilitation worker for part time hours.
Job Description/Requirements
Driving is required, as is a clean driving record, but a car is provided. Looking for engaging personalities who are non smokers.
There is some physical support required, including but not limited to lifting and supporting during transfers, along with meal prep and light house work, and lots of time out in the community for appointments, shopping and social activities.
This is an agency paid position and there is paperwork to fill out and various background checks to complete, which we are happy to help guide a good applicant through.
We are looking for someone available 2-3 evenings per week with some weekend availability as well.
