Seeking Personal Care Attendants to assist with all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) for a quadriplegic individual, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, cleaning, and meal preparation,. He utilizes assistive devices such as an electric power wheelchair, ceiling hoyer lift and hospital bed with an electric air mattress.
Shifts Available:
● Day Shift: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
● Night Shift: 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
● Alternative shift times may be considered
Responsibilities:
● Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs and mobility
● Offer support in daily activities
● Maintain a clean and organized living space
● Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Qualifications:
● Previous caregiving experience required
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Compassionate and patient demeanor
● Ability to adapt and be flexible with scheduling
● Fluent English speaking
Compensation and Benefits:
● Wage starts at $17.55/hr
● Paid bi-weekly through a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) Fiscal Intermediary (FI)
● Earn up to 56 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) based on hours worked
● Direct deposit available after initial pay cycles

Screening Process:
Successful candidates will have completed an interview, home visit and routine background check. Two references will also be called.
