What You’ll Do:
Lead menu development, balancing seasonal Hudson Valley bounty with Mediterranean inspiration
Oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, timing, and presentation
Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering with precision
Collaborate with ownership to create special menus for events and wine pairings
Foster a positive, professional kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Sous Chef
Passion for wine and food pairing
Commitment to local sourcing and sustainability
Excellent organizational and communication skills
