Grounds and Landscape Help needed to maintain large estate and gardens in the Village of Bemus Point .
Some of the duties are Edging and trimming with gas powered trimmer. Raking . Pruning, sweeping.
General landscaping work . Maintenance of buildings and grounds .
The right person for this job is , hard-working , a good communicator and able to lift 50 lbs . Positive attitude and Has Experienced and knowledge of how to care for and maintain equipment.

No smoking on premises.
Three days per week
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 8:30 am to 1 pm
