Looking for a responsible and dependable person to provide the following services for our Airbnb business.
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation.
Prefer you to have Hands-on skills to troubleshoot any complications that might arise with the solar equipment, or the ability to learn the basic functions of the system and if needed, activate the solar backup.
Must have a washer and dryer and be able to do one load of laundry per visit.
Must be very responsive and have good communication skills.
Must be a responsible and dependable person.
Must be able to commit to randomized schedule based on booking dates.
Responsibilities:
Remove bed covers and replace them with new and clean linens for the next guest. Take recently used linens with you and wash them to be ready for the next exchange.
Wipe down and clean the Tiny cabin. This is a very small space with minimal standing room.
Wipe down and clean porta potty for the next guests. You will not have to deal with any of the waste, this will be done by a 3rd party, so just wiping it down and leaving behind a new scent pack will suffice. Needs to feel clean and renewed for the next guest. We typically have two guests stay for one/two nights max so cleanup is minimal. Extended stays that result in excessive cleanup will be compensated for above the base rate as needed.
Clean up grill for next guests.
Tidy up grounds as needed.
Put away outdoor chairs and table in the storage bin if not done already by the guest.
Assess the needs of the site and communicate them back to us.
Throw away any trash and then take the trash to the Clymer dump on the way out.
As mentioned, it is a small unit and a small site so these tasks shouldn’t take more than an hour total. We will pay a base Rate of $50 per visit and will provide all cleaning and laundry supplies. We are looking to expand this site to include another unit, so the base rate will increase as the site expands.
