Prep & Line Cook – Oliver’s, Mount Tremper
Oliver’s is a neighborhood tavern in Mount Tremper serving elevated, seasonal food in a warm and welcoming setting. We’re looking for a Prep & Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Execute prep work efficiently and consistently, ensuring stations are stocked and ready for service.
Cook dishes to spec during service, maintaining quality, consistency, and timing.
Work cleanly and stay organized, following proper food safety and sanitation standards.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive kitchen environment.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, as well as closing and cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and composure.
A team player with a good attitude—our kitchen thrives on collaboration and respect.
Passion for food and a desire to grow within a supportive environment.
