The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to work with a growing culinary team in the Catskill mountains focused on local, organic and sustainable sourcing. Dedicated to short supply chains, sourcing everything from inside the Hudson Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all mise en place on your assigned station
Communicate prep needs for the following day
Manage time efficiently throughout your shift
Work service with a sense of urgency and focus
Keep your assigned station clean and orderly

Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety
- Exceptional communication skills under stress
- Passion for continuous learning
Experience in a small but fast paced kitchen
High end catering experience a plus
Respect for high quality product
