We’re looking for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Operator for a beautiful, newly renovated retreat property in Wells, NY. The venue is located by a pristine lake and has a first-floor bar/restaurant with high demand for great food and drinks.
What You’ll Do:
Run the daily operations of the bar and restaurant
Create menus and exciting new dishes
Manage and train staff
Ensure top-quality food, service, and customer satisfaction
Handle stock, orders, and control costs
Build a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff
