Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated painter who is detail-oriented, punctual, and trustworthy. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, and be able to work independently while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, caulking, etc.).
Apply paint, stains, and finishes to a variety of surfaces with precision.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project details and timelines.
Complete projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in residential and commercial painting (provide examples of previous work, if possible).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent time management skills and reliability for meeting deadlines.
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
