45 Year old real estate development company is looking for someone with experience in minor carpentry, drywall, window / door replacement and painting. Electrical and plumbing experience would be great but not necessary. Year round steady work $26-37 per hour or by the flat rate job plus incentive.
You can work as many or as few hours each week as you like, our schedules are very flexible. We do however, need at least 20 hours a week on average. You can also elect to start and stop work any time of the day, some of our contractors start at 7 am while others start as late as 11am. All properties are vacant and accessible by lockbox and we own everything you would be working on so you would not be dealing with retail customers.

You will also have 24 hour access to all work sites so you can start or stop work when you want.
All of our homes are in good safe neighborhoods.
You can also take other side work if you like, just let us know and we can schedule you around your other work.
This way you able to earn money every day even if there is a delay on your other work.

You must have tools, transportation and insurance and work as independent contractors.
