Join us and be part of something new as we build tomorrow’s bank, today.Overview:Responsible for the management of all activities related to successful planning, documenting, and system testing within Workforce Identity Access Management and of all work performed by the Access Engineering & Development team, whether by the request of the client, internal department or the result of a problem related to an application. Provide detailed direction and perform specialized analysis and research of system testing to solve any scope problem or enhancement. Provide support and assistance to the Engineering Team Lead in managing and developing staff members, creating departmental reporting, and attending meetings when the Engineering Team Lead is not available.Primary Responsibilities: Lead work on multiple projects with multiple groups of internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Owners, Development, Operations, and Technology staff to develop effective test strategies and plans. Communicate the test approach and construct/present test status to stakeholders. Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and employee appraisal processes. Assist in the development of and adherence to Quality Assurance best practices, standards and processes. Create test matrices and templates for large scale testing initiatives. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Perform afterhours assignments periodically and support an on-call rotation as necessary.Supervisory/ Managerial Responsibilities:May assign/coordinate work of a team of analysts in a team environment.Education and Experience Required:Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 3 years’ experience within software development, software testing, fraud prevention, compliance, or cybersecurity.
