Our school days runs for 6:50AM - 2:30PM (one day a week until 4:30 for planning)

We have a very competitive salary scale that pays the same or higher than most local districts. Our starting salary for a 1st year teacher with no prior experience is between $45,000 and it goes up from there aligned with years of prior experience if certified. If uncertified salary starts at $40,000.

Your salary step will depend on your prior years of experience and certification. A first-year teacher with no experience but has their certification will start at $45,000. A teacher on step 10 which is the most prior credit we can give is $65,830.
