Responsible for gift entry and acknowledgment for the organization, work helping to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the donor database, Raiser’s Edge.RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for data entry and gift processing, including donation acknowledgments and thank you letters. · Routinely examine and cleanse current data records to eliminate duplicate records and inconsistent data and to maintain overall database integrity.· Responsible for input and verification of gifts from credit card and lockbox services as well as third party online donation platforms.· Maintain prospective and current donor records. · Assist with any and all mission work as needed and requested with some or no prior notice including, but not limited to: serving as a truck spotter, helping with FARM Market/Community Garden/Freight Farms/on and off site food distributions, preparation of meals and serving home-delivered meals and· Other duties as so assigned or needed.Requirements· Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and stay focused in a busy environment.· Ability to use logic and analysis to troubleshoot issues. Thinking anticipatorily in greatly beneficial. · Solid understanding of the gift processing, data and reporting needs of a development/fundraising office. · Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to work regularly with Raiser’s Edge, lockbox providers and other vendor representatives. · Able to effectively communicate tactfully and diplomatically with staff and public.· Strong attention to detail required.· Valid and current driver’s license and access to an automobile· Capable of lifting a minimum 35 lbs. Salary Description$19.00/hr.
