Must have experience! Duties will include but not limited to: mowing lawn, shoveling snow, cleaning stairwells and common areas and laundry rooms, paint, clean, and prepare apartments for new tenants.
Must have a car and tools.
Will be on call every third week with additional compensation. Must be reliable!
