Apartment Complex Maintenace person needed.
Must have, verfible experence, car and hand tools. Duties to include but not limited too: mowing lawn, shoveling snow, cleaning stairwells and laundry rooms. cleaning, painting and preparing apartments for rental. On call every third week with additional compensation. Must come in and fill out an application!
