Position Overview:
As a Maintenance and Repair Technician, you'll use your general contracting expertise to handle flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a general contractor.
Thinking outside of the box to solve problems
Must have personal tools and a reliable truck.
Must carry valid contractor's liability insurance.
Exhibit professionalism and integrity
Schedule and Compensation:
1099 Full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-call availability.
Pay is based on experience and starts at $20 per hour to $35 per hour
