Project Manager (New York Cap-and-Invest)2 years (with opportunity for extension)RemoteYou will be responsible for managing development of an Auction Platform, Market Registry, and related Financial and Market Monitoring Services , for the New York Cap-and-Invest program.Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure timely planning, management, and tracking of progress, including analysis and reporting of related data points and benchmarking across the program’s work streams.

Follow up on action items for a team across multiple departments, set up meetings, perform note taking Review project deliverables and report on/evaluate project performance targets.

Develop strategies and tactics for program implementation, monitoring, and effectiveness and, as necessary, make recommendations on areas for improvement.

Test systems, identify and assist in troubleshooting problems and issues as they relate to platforms and activities.

Mandatory Qualifications:

3-6 years of project and contract management experience; contract negotiation knowledge within Cap-and-Invest Program

Adept at managing multiple diverse activities simultaneously, operating with speed, accuracy and strong judgment.

Experience managing large, complex, multifaceted projects.

Self-motivated, independent and works well with a team.

Experience with energy policy and regulations, commodity markets, or cap and invest programs are highly desired.

Bachelors degree required. Project Management certification preferred
