A NYS government agency is looking for a Business Analyst to provide assistance in the development of an RFP to procure a new integrated and patient centric Behavioral Electronic Health Record System (EHR), as well as assist the agency in Business Process Re-engineering to meet industry standards and regulations. The estimated duration for the project is up to 24 months. Approximately one year to assist in development of RFP content and one year to assist in procurement of an EHR vendor and a business case.

To help achieve these objectives, the agency seeks an experienced Business Analyst to:

Serve as Lead facilitator for all business areas interviews, workshops and analysis related to business processes
Participate in creation and review of deliverables
Participate in meetings as necessary
