We are looking to hire skilled and motivated Administrative Assistants to provide support with various duties for our clients in the Albany area. These are multifaceted roles where you can grow and learn while making a positive contribution to the company. The Administrative Assistant works directly with staff in support of administrative, customer service, and sales functions. The ideal Administrative Assistant must have an outstanding phone presence, and the ability to work successfully with constant interruptions and still be helpful on the phone. In addition to having excellent attention to detail, the Administrative Assistant will have strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and be willing to help with daily tasks.Job Duties:

Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations.

Update and maintain databases and records accurately.

Collaborate with other team members to support projects and initiatives.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Previous administrative or office experience is preferred.
