Duties include:
Customer Service
Manage incoming orders (email)
Entering orders in database for reference
Communication between customers and vendors
Must have knowledge of Ports
Excellent communication and writing skills
Knowledge of different Ports
Excellent skills in computers with outlook, word, excel, and general related PC abilities Excellent telephone etiquette
Aptitude for learning in a fast paced environment and able to work well under pressure High attention to detail with strong communication & grammar skills
