Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Work within a highly diversified company and help handle both consumer and corporate client orders from Arnoff’s vast portfolio of services.

As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

This position offers the opportunity to be the liaison between our sales & operations team and our customers, set up, update and manage customer’s orders, handle inquiries and concerns, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Receive information about new customers and new orders from our sales team and direct from our customers.

Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide assistance and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.

Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and a focus on achieving positive outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our technology.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document preparation.

Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and proficient in active listening and problem-solving.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new technology and software platforms quickly.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Knowledge of the moving and logistics industry is a plus but not required.
