We're seeking a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director on various exciting projects. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to thrive in Santa Fe's vibrant arts community and grow your skills under a seasoned marketing leader.
Responsibilities:
● Manage user inquiries and support communications
● Create and maintain client mailing lists and a robust client database
● Design and manage on-brand email campaigns, digital publications, and misc. print ads
● Analyze email performance metrics and generate weekly reports
● Assist with graphic design tasks and other design duties as determined by the Marketing Director
● Provide proofreading support
● Liaise with vendors
● Provide day-to-day administrative support for our Marketing Director
Requirements:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and email platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact, Braze)
● Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new digital tools
● Experience with Monday, Asana, Meta, and CRMs preferred
● Typing speed of over 50wpm is advantageous
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
● Takes direction and collaborates well in a team setting
● Works well under tight deadlines
● Maintains great organization and attention to detail while multitasking
