Outdoor/Pottery Yard Associate. Part-time Position. Weekends required.
Jackalope has operated in New Mexico for more than 47 years. We are retail store that sells home & garden decor. Our pottery and fountains collections are our biggest category. Full-time position also available.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Greet, Direct, and Help customers with questions
Help customers select pottery (i.e. Sales and Customer Service)
Friendly with strong customer service focus
Set up and merchandise pottery and fountains
Unload new deliveries and prepare merchandise for sale
Help customers to their cars with merchandise
Clean and maintain pottery yard and property (sweeping, product tagging, snow removal)
Cross train in other departments
All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Must be able to stand on your feet most of the day
Must be able to routinely and repeatedly lift and carry 30-50 lbs.
Must be able to routinely and repeatedly push and move up to 75 lbs.
Must be comfortable outside in the winter and in the summer (most of the day)
Must be a team player
Must be able to show up on time and when scheduled
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday (and 3 other days)
Fork lift certification a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

2-3 days/week (including weekends)
6-8 hrs/day (between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
