Looking for personal chef for my older father

I’m looking for a personal chef for my father who had a stroke in June. We’re looking for a chef to come in three times per week (ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) in the afternoon to prep and make dinner, and clean up. We will pay $35/hour for shopping, driving, and planning time (he lives in Eldorado) and are open to discussions about pay for prep and cook time. We would like someone cheerful and passionate about what they do, and be able to converse and chat with him while working. He doesn’t have any dietary restrictions, however he has RA and feels better on the AIP diet. He’s a little picky- so figuring out something yummy and healthy that he will like is of the utmost importance! It would also be very nice if he had leftovers to be able to heat up the following day. Likely this job will be 12-15 hours per week.
