315 Restaurant & Wine Bar is looking for a professional chef who has basic kitchen fundamentals to run the kitchen and it's day to day requirements.
We have been serving our version of seasonally & locally influenced French cuisine for 30 years and have developed a loyal local clientele.
As acting chef/owner I am looking for someone to work with and train to manage and oversee nightly service five days a week. We are closed on Sunday & Monday.
