Escondido Santa Fe is a new, fast paced restaurant opening in Santa Fe, NM in July 2024!
Our goal is to create fun and memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering fresh, high quality Mexican/Southwestern cuisine in a vibrant and energetic environment offering an outdoor and rooftop patio!
At Escondido Santa Fe, alongside his culinary endeavors, Chef/ Owner Fernando Ruiz, 3 time Food Network champion, is giving back by being a co-creator and enacting a re-entry program for incarcerated and ex-incarcerated individuals specializing in teaching culinary and work place skills and integration into all positions of the hospitality workplace.
We strive to have and maintain a professional, safe and fun work environment while also encouraging a healthy work/life balance. We have great growth opportunities, provide great training from experienced staff and we love to promote from within.

Position Requirements:
Bartender
Responsibilities: experienced in crafting and serving beverages, engaging with guests, maintaining a clean bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. Aspire to increase knowledge and skills.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, strong knowledge of mixology, ability to multitask, experience with POS systems and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Server
Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service, POS experience, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Aspire to increase knowledge and skills.
Skills Required: Strong communication, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
Bus Staff
Responsibilities: Clearing tables, resetting tables for new guests, assisting servers with delivering food, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting the team in various tasks. Aspire to increase knowledge and skills.
Skills Required: Efficient, attentive, ability to work quickly and collaboratively, and a proactive attitude.
Bar Back
Responsibilities: Assisting bartenders, stocking bar supplies, maintaining cleanliness behind the bar, and ensuring efficient bar operations. Aspire to increase knowledge and skills.
Skills Required: Strong organizational skills, ability to lift and move heavy items, attention to detail, and a team-player mentality.
Food Runner
Responsibilities: Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, assisting in expediting orders, and ensuring food presentation meets our high standards. Aspire to increase knowledge and skills.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, speed, accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications for All Positions:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
