Geronimo Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Our fine-dining establishment in Santa Fe is known for its exceptional cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and award-winning service. As assistant GM, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience, while also managing day-to-day operations. You will work directly with the owners and other managers to maintain a professional and fun working environment. We strive to give you and the rest of the team the best working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and guest relations.
- Maintain high levels of service standards, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they are aligned with our hospitality-focused culture.
- 5 Night shifts/week (Friday-Tuesday)
Qualifications:
- Fine dining experience is not required but you must bring an exceptionally high hospitality-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to guest service excellence.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Compensation:
Pay will be based upon your experience and qualifications. We are very competitive. We pay hourly so you are well compensated if overtime hours are required.
Paid vacation time after 6 months of work. Additional perks include quarterly bonus potential, advancement opportunities and nightly meals.
Flexible work - There are 2 other managers so scheduling flexibility is very good. You will be given a set schedule. A typical shift is from 3:30 until 10-11pm. There are advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
