Description We are seeking a Document Controller based in SANTA FE, New Mexico, 87505-3912, United States.The Document Control Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and periodic review of all controlled documents, which include company policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, specifications, and other documents that impact the firm’s quality or customer satisfaction. The coordinator will ensure all documents are regularly reviewed and updated as needed and will maintain a record of document approvals using DIMS (CORE®). The position also entails helping to promote understanding, participation, and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). Additionally, the Document Control Coordinator will handle the upkeep of external documentation and assist with defining processes and procedures related to managing documented information. To be fit for this role, the candidate must have a high school diploma, broad knowledge of the company’s operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite are also needed. An associate degree is preferred.Requirements

Ability to learn and apply knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Broad knowledge of your company’s operation and its QMS.

Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal instruction and supervision once fully trained.

Proven ability to understand and accommodate a wide range of written and verbal communications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize.
