You will also need experience and demonstrated skill in researching, developing alternatives and advising management on ethics and compliance related matters.Ethics and Compliance ExperienceYou must have advanced experience performing ethics and compliance work for a majority of the ethics functional areas (conflict of interest, employee concerns, ethics compliance, investigations, and ethics standards).Communication & CollaborationYou must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as demonstrated by experience interacting with all levels of personnel and customers.
