Classification Summary:
Under direct supervision, provides basic electrical or mechanical technical support to engineering or manufacturing in the development, analysis, and maintenance of processes, products, or equipment. Often works in a particular discipline. Performs basic tests and diagnoses of systems, production processes, controls, test procedures, instruments, equipment, products, or product performance. Ensures process controls are in operation and achieving desired effect.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned technical tasks. Assists in the fabrication of prepared engineering designs, drawings and specifications for assigned projects. Provides project field support for various telemetry systems.

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain a DoD clearance and maintain clearance throughout employment.
This position is subject to random drug testing in compliance with its drug-free workforce requirements.
This position has been established as a primary key position under the “All Hazard Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)” and is essential to operational continuity and/or recovery. In an emergency situation, primary key positions are required to report to work unless directed by supervisor or public safety authorities not to report for health and safety reasons.
