A property management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager who has in depth, working knowledge of Section 42 Tax Credit laws and at least three years of property multi-site management experience.
Looking for applicants with at least two or more years experience only, please!
Responsibilities:
Addressing resident concerns or issues
Processing resident re-certifications in a timely manner
Scheduling and overseeing contract vendors
Scheduling apartment maintenance and turns
Maintaining proper payroll; managing employees.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of property management experience
Section 42 Tax Credit experience a MUST
Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws
Previous experience with OneSite
Highly organized and ability to pay attention to details and deadlines
Must be customer service oriented
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Excellent customer service
Compensation:
$50,000 per year plus bonus
This is a Full-Time position (living On-Site is optional) with a full benefits package including paid Holidays, sick and vacation; FSA, VLTD and VSTD, employer paid medical/dental/vision and a 401K (Employer Match) Retirement Plan.
