Great opportunity for student as you may have some study time available depending on business schedule
25-35 hours per week, could work into more hours if desired, flexible day time hours
After just 6 months, you will earn 1 week of paid vacation time! After another year, you will have 2 weeks of paid vacation time

Summary of Duties:
Manage office schedule to ensure efficient patient care
Utilize Hear Form to set appointments, update patient information, and enter patient purchases
Communicate effectively via phone, text and email with patients
Maintain a clean, inviting and friendly environment in the office
Maintain accurate records of deposits, inventory and call activity
Basic understanding and knowledge of hearing instruments and their function
Requirements:
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication skills - bilingual is a plus
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to multitask for efficient use of time
Speech clarity
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:00PM
Saturdays by appointment only
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation = $13-18/hr. depending on experience
