A/P A/R Administrative Assistant

Will need a minimum of 2 to 5 yrs experience related administrative experience to support the manager with invoicing functions, learning and posting to government portals, researching orders, solving problems, troubleshooting customer questions, and other duties as needed by the manager.
This position requires an AA or BA in business or accounting. This is an 8am to 5pm M-F position with overtime as needed. Some over-time may be required at peak periods of the year.
