Responsibilities
Assist in cooking, batching, and pouring gummies, beverages, and other infused edibles.
Operate commercial kitchen equipment and depositor machines safely.
Follow strict recipes, dosing procedures, and packaging guidelines.
Accurately label and package finished products.
Maintain sanitary work conditions in accordance with food safety and cannabis regulations.
Complete production logs and ensure compliance with BioTrack.
Assist with general cleaning, inventory, and prep work as needed.
Requirements
Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain a valid New Mexico CCD license.
Prior experience in food production, baking, or commercial kitchen preferred.
Strong math skills and ability to follow precise measurements.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail; compliance-minded.
Reliable transportation required.
