Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Albuquerque, NM 87111
Job Type: Part-time with growth potential. PRN is also available for intermittent clinic coverage.
Salary: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Day shift; Mon-Fri
Work setting:
Mon, Wed, Fri on-site in clinic Albuquerque, NM 87111
Tues/Thurs negotiable
License/Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner License in NM (Required)
Position Overview: The Nurse Practitioner's primary responsibility is to deliver primary healthcare services to patients of all ages. With longer appointment slots, the clinic pace is relaxed. Instead of rushing through appointments, you have time to make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services including annual physicals, chronic disease management, and acute illnesses/issues.
Oversee nutritional infusions/injections, ketamine infusions and other services provided by our RN, during shift. Training provided.
Manage hormone replacement therapy for members and non-members including hormone pellet placement. Training provided.
Joint injection. Training provided.
Collaborate with all members of the team with the primary goal of outstanding healthcare delivery.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor and respond (remotely) to follow up questions and needs after hours, when assigned. We contract with a 24/7 telemedicine service to manage most acute illnesses.
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent to see all ages.
Minimum of one year of experience
DEA and state controlled substance license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications or willingness to complete
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
