Description We are seeking a project manager to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves managing residential, commercial, and construction projects, with a focus on effective communication, time management, and in-depth understanding of project management concepts. This position offers a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Collaborating effectively with a team to ensure seamless project execution Managing and completing multiple tasks within stipulated timeframes Planning and coordinating various projects from inception to completion Ensuring quality control processes are followed throughout project execution Handling day-to-day project operations and implementing cost and time-saving measures Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, vendors, and architects for future opportunities Leading and participating in necessary client and team meetings Regularly updating and analyzing project schedules Ensuring timely project closeout and managing changes in project scope using appropriate tools Ensuring safe working practices are maintained at project sites Meeting new customer requirements and communicating work progress, schedule variance, crew, and safety performance to stakeholders Demonstrating proficiency in scheduling software like MS Project and web-based programs including Office 365 Utilizing skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, IBM, About Time, Budget Processes, Construction, Customer Service, Deliverable, and Tenant Improvement. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager or in a similar role Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management tasks Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and interactions Knowledge of database management and operations Familiarity with EO/IR systems and their applications in project management Experience with IBM systems and tools for project execution and management Proficiency in using About Time for managing project timelines and schedules Experience in budget processes such as planning, tracking, and reporting Construction industry knowledge and experience would be beneficial Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Experience in managing and delivering project deliverables on time and within budget Knowledge and experience in Tenant Improvement projects Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
