What you’ll do as an Office Manager
Supervise a team of Administrative Assistants.
Perform assigned tasks as related to specific functions that may include any combination of General Clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.).
Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
Proficiency in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software.
Our company is growing, so flexibility and a willingness to try new things are beneficial.
Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
Candidate must have basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, including Office Suite, be able to work with digital calendar, and have strong communication skills.
Must be willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely:
Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily.
Walking - 4 to 6 hours daily.
Climbing - 0 to 2 hours daily.
Bending/Twisting - 0 to 2 hours daily.
Repetitive Motion(grasping, manipulation) - 0 to 2 hours daily.
Occasionally:
Lifting (weights up to 100 lbs.)
Lift & Carry (weights of 50 to 60 lbs.)
