Collections Specialist

Description We are eager to welcome a proficient Collections Specialist to our team based in New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with managing overdue accounts, handling aging reports, and updating customer accounts after processing payments. This is a fully remote position based on the east coast. To be considered for this role, you MUST have prior experience with collections. Responsibilities: Manage and update customer accounts after processing their payments Carry out collections activities to manage overdue accounts Maintain an organized and current aging report Implement accounts receivable processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy Utilize knowledge of collection processes to enhance customer relations Monitor and manage the aging report to ensure timely collections.Requirements Position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role. Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management is essential. Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Collection Processes is a must. Must possess the ability to handle and analyze Aging Reports. Proficient in Collections, with a track record of effectively managing outstanding payments.
